Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a great way to learn yoga postures and those with experience will be able to deepen their practice. If some postures are not accessible to you we can modify it to use a chair, or you may choose to visualize your body, mind and spirit making the movement. This one-hour class is designed to help you gain strength and grace that you can can use on and off your mat. All supplies will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing for stretching and a water bottle.
