Yoga Relaxation is traditionally called yoga nidra. In this class we will do a few gentle movements to warm up the body and prepare to lay in a restorative position for about an hour. During this hour you will be prompted to focus your attention on one item at a time. This will help you to cultivate conscious relaxation, ease ongoing stress and anxiety and feel your body melt away into a soothing state of being. All yoga supplies will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes for stretching and bring a water bottle.
